When will my order be shipped?

Orders are shipped out within 48-hours of processing, as long as you place them before 12pm, Monday through Friday. We're super speedy and usually process most orders within 24-hours, but it might take up to 72-hours at times.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

To qualify for free shipping you must spend $30.00, babe. If you spend less than $30.00, the shipping fee is $5.99

Do you ship internationally?

Right now, we're focusing on shipping within the U.S. We don't offer international shipping; we're working on it for all our global mango babes. Stay tuned for updates—soon you'll be able to get your naked mango fix wherever you are!

I'm not happy with a product, can I return it?

Absolutely! If your skin doesn't love a product, no worries, babe! Just give our awesome customer support team for assistance on returning it. You have 14 days after the delivery date to request a return. Remember, when you're introducing new products, your skin might go through a purging phase. If you're not sure if it's purging or if the product just isn't for your skin, simply contact our support team.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you’ve placed your order, it’s set in stone and can’t be canceled. So, make sure to give your order a good double-check before hitting that purchase button. We want to make sure everything is just right for you!

When will an "out of stock" item restock?

We do our best to keep items in stock, but our mango babes can't get enough of our goodies! Don't worry though, we restock as quickly as possible. Make sure to sign up for our email restock alerts for your favorite product(s). When it's back, you'll be one of the first to know!

What's the best skincare routine for me?

The best skincare routine varies based on your skin type (oily, dry, combination, sensitive, normal). We recommend starting with a cleanser, toner, and moisturizer. You can adjust products to meet your specific needs.
